[the timing of their arrivals means she's coming out of the pod right as he gets put in, and after seeing his state when he enters... she's definitely waiting in the medbay until he emerges, looking concerned. her own injuries have been stabilized by now, so while they're only just beginning to heal, she isn't bleeding anymore. she's had a change of clothes, and someone's bandaged the worst of the damage.
[Atsushi won't be conscious until after an hour in the healing pod, which is probably for the best given what a mess he is. But he's stabilized, and since all of them need help with not dying, that's the best he'll get for the time being.
His legs are still Extremely Fucked Up, so he's not going to be able to move from the bed he got put on to give other people a chance to heal. But at least he's not bleeding anymore.
When he hears Vin's voice though, he snaps to a sudden clarity and sits bolt upright. Is he pale from the blood loss, or is he pale from seeing her? Who knows!]

[her shirt is torn and he can see a pretty bad cut moving down her abdomen, but it's healed just enough that it's not bleeding anymore. one of her injuries is on her back so he can't see it from where he is, and everything else except the burn on her hand is covered by her clothes.
